We visited the construction of 60,000 houses at the Ovid Gelan Gura site, the largest housing construction program we are implementing in partnership with the public and private sectors to address the housing shortage in our city, the construction process of 4,370 houses being built by Belgehar Gift Real Estate, and the construction of modern houses being developed by the private sector in Bole Rwanda.
In line with the policy we have initiated to prioritize development projects, we are accelerating the construction of 770 standard replacement houses for farmers who will be developed at the Ovid Gelan Gura site.
We are facilitating the way for residents who are saving for condominiums to benefit from the houses being built in the Gelan Gura project. We are focusing on completing the works we have started in partnership with the private sector to address the housing shortage in our city by addressing the problems related to infrastructure and finance and completing them on time.
